Make yourself at home in our self-service lounge area, featuring complimentary hot drinks and a selection of refreshing cold beverages. Male and female toilet facilities are available on site for your convenience.

How It Works

1. Make Your Booking

Select your preferred date and time through our online booking system. Complete your reservation and payment securely — you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. This includes the Openpath (Door Entry) and Lock Screen PIN codes. Each session allows for between 1-4 players at one set price.

2. Arrival

We have four designated parking bays directly outside the Studio entrance, so please feel free to use these spaces. The six-digit Openpath PIN you received is used to access the studio via the front door. This code becomes active 10 minutes before your session start time. Enter the six-digit code and then press the arrow “Enter” button located at the bottom right of the keypad.

3. Begin session

The four-digit Trackman PIN is used to access the simulator software. This should be entered on the touchscreen monitor located in your allocated bay. Press the orange “Start Play” icon on the touchscreen, which will prompt you to enter your four-digit code.

Please feel free to use the golf balls and tees provided in your allocated bay, or you may use your own. If using your own balls, please ensure they do not have any Sharpie or pen markings, as these can mark the hitting screens.

4. Finish & Exit

Please leave the bay as you found it and exit via the front door. We reset automatically for the next player(s).
